North Dakota Board of Dietetic Practice
The North Dakota Board of Dietetic Practice (NDBODP) consists of five board members who are appointed by the governor. Members must be residents of the state; three members must be registered dietitians, one member a licensed nutritionist and one member represents a consumer of health services. The Board licenses registered dietitians and nutritionists.
The definition of a licensed nutritionist is a person licensed to provide general nutrition services as provided in the law.
Licensed registered dietitians are defined as persons licensed to practice dietetics as provided in the law.
